Spinners, Cones and Domes.

As technologies and manufacturing processes have advanced so have our techniques. Utilizing the most advanced “force-controlled” CNC spinning machines in the industry combined with hydro-forming operations, we produce spinners, cones and domes with extremely tight tolerances. Our automated systems have not only improved the engineered results in meeting the dimensional requirements, they have improved production times and reduced costs for our customers.

Domes of various shapes and sizes have also evolved with our capabilities over the past 50+ years. These unique shapes are used in a number of applications including combustors and other aerospace and science applications.

Spinner cone materials include a number of aluminum alloys and are heat-treated and aged in-house in our own ovens to meet our customers’ requirements.
