Gem City purchased its first CNC spinning lathe in 1991. Today we have five CNC spinning lathes. Each machine has unique characteristics that make it suited for each customer's particular application. With our range of equipment, we have the right machines for your job.

These five machines allow for production runs in virtually any quantity and are capable of forming heavier gauges of material than can then be hand spun. We utilize work cells in conjunction with our CNC spinning, thereby reducing cost and cycle-time. At Gem City Metal Technologies, no job is too small or large.
